Jill Coppock
Jill Coppock was born and raised in Southern California but has called the DC Region home since 2004. Jill is a social worker and has worked in nonprofits and government, focused on ending homelessness and housing stability in the area since 2006. Jill has also worked in ministry with a focus on local missions and social justice since 2015. She currently serves as Mission Partners and Community Engagement Director.
Jill believes that it takes true partnership across all sectors of society to address the needs of our communities and loves to see the church fully integrated in those partnerships. Throughout her social work and ministry career, Jill has experience and expertise in housing and homelessness, mental health, crisis intervention, domestic violence, immigration, and community development. In her current full-time role, Jill is the Interim Deputy Director at the DC Interagency Council on Homelessness. She’s married to Chris and has 5 awesome stepkids.
Jill considers herself a foodie, loves all things water-related, and is always planning her next trip.
