You will shape the first impression and ongoing experience of NoVA by creating a culture of hospitality, warmth, and belonging. This role ensures that guests and regular attendees feel welcomed, known, and meaningfully connected to the life of the church—moving people toward serving, community, and spiritual growth.POSITION SUMMARY
Job Title: Director of Hospitality
Employment Status: Part-Time
Hours: 25–29 hours/week (flexible). Sunday morning presence required.
Compensation: commensurate with experience. -

You will create welcoming, safe, and spiritually formative environments where children (birth-6th grade) encounter Jesus, and families feel known. Your leadership equips volunteers, supports parents, and ensures every Sunday runs smoothly so kids can grow in faith and belonging.POSITION SUMMARY
Job Title: Kids Coordinator
Employment Status: Part-Time, Salaried
Hours: 25–29 hours/week (flexible). Sunday morning presence required.
Compensation: Part-time salaried; pay commensurate with experience. -

You will keep NoVA’s daily rhythm running smoothly—managing our database, coordinating volunteer teams, producing weekly ministry assets, and ensuring staff alignment—so ministry leaders can focus on discipleship and community.POSITION SUMMARY
