Sarah was born in Haiti and raised in Orlando, Florida, and now calls Washington, D.C. home. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from George Washington University.

Besides her administrative work at NoVA, you can also find Sarah juggling her other work as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a nonprofit organization focused on voter registration, supporting efforts that strengthen civic engagement and community participation. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys playing the cello, staying active through tennis and workouts, traveling the world, and spending time with friends. She also shares her home with a dog and a cat, who keep life both lively and entertaining.
